The group's main business is the implementation of mission critical digital mobile communication systems for Government & Public Safety Communications customers.
Job Description

Note: The preference for the candidate is to be located in EST or CST

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create data visualizations for analysis and presentation

•  Prepare and clean data prior to analysis

•  Document data sources (Data Dictionary) and mapping data to business processes as directed

• Contribute ideas to formulate hypothesis and use cases and interpret analytic results

• Organize and collate data for analysis and reporting

• Engage with stakeholders to find reporting improvements

• Present findings to the immediate team as well as region representatives

• Assist in defining, developing, and tracking metrics

• Contribute to Data Analytics and reporting activities within the North America PMO Organization

Preferred Skills:

• Fluent in Tableau, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets

• Ability to write macros in Excel/Google Sheets (Preferred)

• Assist in defining, developing, and tracking metrics

• Engage with stakeholders to find reporting improvements

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma required

• Must be pursuing minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, or Engineering, or Math concentration preferred)

• Must have a graduation date of Dec 2023 or later
