In the meantime, we welcome applications and may reach out to schedule an initial networking call.What is the key purpose of a/n Business Operations Manager - Sales Operations?
As a Business Operations Manager working on the Advertising Operations team in our NYC Office, you will be expected to own and manage the core operational aspects of the global Advertiser sales organization. To be effective with Taboola’s internal teams you need to be proactive with a can-do approach, naturally inquisitive, data oriented, analytical and problem-solver with a track record of leading process and operational excellence. To be successful, the Business Operations Manager must partner with our global Sellers and Account Managers to increase productivity, ensure revenue is maximized and that our customers are provided world class service. This includes developing processes to drive efficiencies across the organization, analyzing data and scoping business solutions and reporting to support the day-to-day of the Advertiser Sales and Account Management teams.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
- 3-5 years of sales operations / business operations / business consulting
- Extensive exposure to CRM softwares (Salesforce), MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools, (e.g., QlikSense)
- Ability to understand high-level Sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure successful execution and business impact
- Deep understanding of tech landscape and advertising world, digital media revenue ecosystem and web technologies including advertising measurements and analytics is preferred
- Highly motivated, work autonomously, proactive, strong team player, but still a self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
- Knowledge working with prospecting enrichment tools is preferred
OPTIONAL: Nice to haves include:
- Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Comfortable learning new software systems
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Business Operations Manager - Sales Operations, you will:
- Strategize and manage the development of Advertiser sales processes, tools, knowledge and skills to drive customer success
- Evaluate existing Sales operations technology platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIs
- Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Advertisers organization to meet customer success
- Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales organization
- Partner with Sales leads on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas and be the Sales organization main focal point for Sales and Business questions.
- Work collaboratively with internal Taboola teams (BI, Information System, Legal and FInance) in order to provide the best service to the global Sales team
- Perform Analysis of business sales process, provide recommendation and actions based on the strategic objectives and rollout new processes
- Responsible for the ongoing data integrity in the CRM system and conducting ongoing analysis to validate data accuracy.
