Business Operations Manager

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team.

This role will interface across company-wide teams to provide strategic support and oversight for daily clinic operations. You’ll support as a stakeholder for key areas as we scale, including staffing supply/demand alignment, clinic flow optimization, new initiative business case evaluation, and analyzing data used for decision-making. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who has managed cross-functional projects, is comfortable leading process improvement initiatives, and has a demonstrated ability to use reporting to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

• Interface across the operations and medical teams to ensure we consistently provide best-in-class support for our doctors and support teams
• Indicate clinic hiring needs, basing decisions on staffing guidelines and business and team impacts
• Prepare business case evaluations for new operational initiatives impacting the in-clinic teams
• Support labor cost oversight across all clinics, maintaining appropriate staffing guidelines and driving unit economics
• Support decision-making around key profitability decisions - conversion of days to surgery, allocation of supply, and staffing decisions
• Establish and maintain operational reporting to key stakeholders 
• Seek continuous improvement across our in-clinic process, and evolve with the needs of the business

You Have:

• 4+ years of project management, operations, or analyst experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in business or similar field, Master’s preferred
• Effective communication skills; capable of navigating messaging to key stakeholders across the organization
• A demonstrated ability to create and manage complex operational problems
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort with synthesizing and analyzing data
