Business Operations Manager, Revenue
Job Description
- Approach problems with a beginner’s mindset with first principles thinking
- Build partnerships with business leaders across revenue, data sciences, product, engineering and operational teams to define revenue strategy
- Lead projects and processes across multiple teams, including new departments across Discord
- Share growth & financial insights with executives across the company
- Improve our processes and create new ones by using thoughtful analysis, best practices, standardization and automation to scale with company growth
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, strategy or related functions
- Ability to synthesize complex information into easy to understand concepts and clear takeaways
- Strong understanding of Excel (can perform complex functions) and modeling skills
- A focus on progress over perfection - thinking long term and breaking ideas down to start delivering value and learning right away
- Data-driven decision-making mindset

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $191,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
