Job Description Summary:

Set France market strategy across all merchant segments (Enterprise, SMB and Channel Partners). Advocate and communicate strategy to France Sales teams and cross-functional leadership. Identify step change growth opportunities for France market Manage full project lifecycle from ideation through launch. Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assist in driving new product introduction for France market. Expert use of business analytics to support each opportunity and monitor performance data. Expertise in building internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends.

Job Description:


Win France cross functional project management 
1 – Oversight:    Oversees the execution of the Win FR program, consolidating and reporting the initiatives by working closely with workstream owners
•    Create visibility of progress against key performance metrics and milestones 
•    Ensure momentum across the workstreams by creating a drumbeat around key deliverables 
•    Confirm ownership and staffing of initiatives
2 – Facilitate:     Organize schedule, agenda and facilitates the key group interactions on the program
•    Steerco
o    Drive Steerco agenda and attendance
o    Draft templates and create Steerco documents
o    Create key narrative on progress and challenges 
•    Stakeholders
o    Manage stakeholder map and set key meetings
o    Drive meetings when attention is needed (e.g. Marketing)
•    Monthly newsletters
 
3 – Escalation:   Flag key items and inform leadership on main attention points to the good development of Win FR program
•    Identification of lagging metrics and milestones slipping and ensure mitigations actions are developed and put in place
•    Create visibility of bottlenecks and support escalation to leadership (incl. background facts and potential mitigations)
•    Continuous follow-up on issues flagged to ensure timely resolution / timely migrations 
 
4 – Drive:            Targeted support execution of selected key (or critical)  initiatives for the program (e.g, 1a Ensure performance visibility of LE portfolio)
•    Support or drive selected initiatives that require a deepdive / push to accelerate
•    Create targeted momentum where organization is moving too slow

Business Operations
1. Drive analytics effort on consumer churn & marketing spending to reduce churn
2. Update quarterly the Sales pipeline with new verticals
3. Manage weekly pipeline to help Sales team identify new prospects & new verticals
4. Conduct consumer & merchant interviews to identify key testimonials & friction from customers. 


Job Requirements

•   Consulting and/or Technology/online industry experience is preferred.   Experience in Payment industry is plus.
•    Knowledge of online products and market dynamics; understanding of PayPal’s strategic and competitive position.
•    Large scale project management experience. Track record in delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects concurrently and effectively in very fast-moving environment.
•    Ability to communicate direction and priorities
•    Ability to influence and work effectively across functions and geographies.
•    Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to develop strategy, business plans, customer and market insights, analyze campaign effectiveness/ROI.
•    Impeccable written and oral communication skills
