Business Operations Senior Associate

The Business Operations team sits within Finance and focuses on helping the company achieve its long-term goals, which center on efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Projects span both high-level strategy projects as well as execution-oriented workstreams. This is a get-it-done team that is relentlessly focused on delivering value through solving the most challenging problems at the company.

We’re looking for high-performers that can work through ambiguous problems and move the business forward - whether that is starting a new business unit or project managing internal controls. This is a role that requires a wide-ranging tool kits - we need team members that are comfortable building models and doing analysis as well as getting in the weeds and focusing on execution and process. Problems arise and we need people that can solve them. The right person has:

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier banking or consulting firm
