Summary:
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support strategic initiatives and operations across our organization. While this role will report to the Head of Genesys Product Business Strategy & Operations, it will work in close partnership with senior Product leadership, at times serving as project leader and strategic advisor to our cross functional partners. It is a role that requires a combination of deep strategic expertise, curiosity, and grit with excellent judgment and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
β’ Proactively identify and lead strategic initiatives to optimize day-to-day operations
β’ Work independently, and to interface within company and beyond seamlessly to drive impact
β’ Lead complex cross-functional initiatives working closely with Go-to-customer teams and corporate operations teams
β’ Gain leadership alignment on recommendations and influence decisions to achieve excellence in execution
β’ Be a thought partner to senior Product leadership to support product-led growth
Minimum Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree - MBA preferred (but not required)
β’ 6+ years of working experience (consulting or banking backgrounds a plus)
β’ Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills
β’ Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional program management
β’ Excellent business communications skills, written & verbal
β’ High emotional intelligence: growth mindset & empathy - able to build trust with partners with varying backgrounds
β’ Proficiency in PPT, Excel & Tableau
Desirable Skills:β’ Prior experience in B2B SaaSβ’ Prior product launch experience
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$104,650.00 - $217,350.00
