Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service
• Work directly with third party test houses and internal sales team to recommend solutions and/or action plans
• Support inside sales team with purchase orders. Assisting with receiving issues, outbound shipments to customers, coordinating reports, and providing first point of escalations
• Work closely with Asset teams to process orders for customers and resolve issues for customer in a timely manner
• Process all Third party RFQs to outside service providers for Arrow sales teams
• Handle ITAR controlled data to process compliance
• Ensure the delivery and quality for 3rd party test houses
• Ensure solutions to complex logistics transactions
• Provide outbound in transit tracking for internal and external customers

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge or familiarity with ITAR regulations, Supply Chain, or distribution
• Intermediate excel skills - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc..
• Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry, preferred
• Multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Able to complete work under moderate supervision
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
• Good customer service skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$27.89
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
