Business Operations Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Assists PEO and staff with development, administration, and maintenance of: SOF AT&L NIPR/SIPR and USSOCOM public portal pages and archived information; automated SharePoint workflows; automated registration and Broad Agency Announcement submission and evaluation sites/tools; multi-media SharePoint libraries and lists
- Ensures Air Force Document Identification (AFDID) database compliance, and/or other online database updates and data input, e.g. SharePoint, Acquisition Management System (AMS), etc.
- Generates waivers or other documentation required for outdated or missing program documentation to support AFDID compliance, such as SAMP, ADM, SCG, PPP, LCMP, and requirements documents
- Utilizes provided templates to document various artifacts within acquisition-related databases to ensure consistency across entire portfolio
- Develops and enables the creation of automated SharePoint workflows in support of PEO-SW
- Maintains document archives configuration management IAW USSOCOM policy within the PEO-SW shared drive
- Maintains tasks and requirements to support tracking and completion of suspense's and external tasking
- Manages PEO/DPEO schedule
- Collection and dissemination of read-ahead documentation to PEO/DPEO prior to meetings
- Coordination, management, and dissemination of final reporting of recurring SITREPS to USSOCOM senior staff, TMTs, portal management and various taskings from the PEO
- Planning, development, strategy, and execution of various special projects reporting to SOF AT&L senior leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in related field plus 5+ years of business process and knowledge management experience in a DoD organization required
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
- Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software products
- Must possess thorough knowledge with data collaboration, business intelligence, and visualization tools and applications, including Microsoft SharePoint portals, file sharing drives, and management dashboards
