Job Description
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages pylons nacelles and wing components with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Plans commits and controls the deployment of resources in response to customer program and business requirements.
- Directs the development integration implementation and management of new or revised programs plans strategies or processes.
- Authorizes changes to work statements using a formal directive system.
- Develops control systems maintains status information of program and customer commitments and monitors compliance to plan.
- Interfaces with management from many occupations and organizations to provide leadership and coordination.
- Maintains Business Operations cadence.
- Prepares leadership for all meetings and ensures Executive level presentations are brought forward.
- Monitors and tracks actions across the leadership team.
- Integrated in Opportunity & Risk and EAC processes to ensure proper forecasting.
- Monitors execution and timely completion of projects.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Degree in Finance Business Information Systems or related field
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Effective communication
- Experience supporting executive leadership
- Strategic planning
- Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $98150 - $150500
