Summary

This Finance leadership role is responsible for driving and managing financial performance and accountability across the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function supporting the North America (NA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions, delivering insightful financial information and operational excellence in the short term and sound strategic plans for the longer term. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global finance leadership to support the preparation and analysis of consolidated monthly financial reports, as well as the annual budget and monthly forecast processes for the Global Food organization. This role will provide opportunities to develop regional reporting which will influence change and drive improvement in the Global Food business and lead a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the NA and LATAM regions, ensuring requirements are met and delivered in an efficient and effective manner
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports and key metric data for the Regional and Global Food Leadership Teams while ensuring integrity of the financial reporting and GAAP compliance and achieving deadline deliverables
• Partnering with Senior Leaders and key stakeholders in the Integrated Business Planning function to drive and manage financial performance and accountability in the development and execution of the Global Food strategic agenda
• Participating in Integrated Business Planning projects and initiatives to gather the financial impacts for NA and LATAM regions and managing the various input components of the budget and forecast processes
• Providing operational financial and business insights and focused analysis which lead to action-oriented conclusions and recommendations for strategic opportunities
• Developing innovative solutions to support continuous process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
• Managing, motivating and developing a high performing team to maintain acceptable performance levels and develop individual potential
• Providing ad-hoc analysis of the financials to support business decisions

Typical Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university

Relevant Experience

• 8+ years related experience and/or training (accounting or FP&A preferred)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, including functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and graphs
• Experience using Microsoft PowerBI or Data Visualization tools for reporting and analysis a plus
• Utilize exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work delivered
• Proven ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, analyze data, quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• SAP/SAC experience a plus
