The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase BPMO (Business Project Management Office) is searching for a Project Manager who will oversee our customer's HCHB projects, thereby achieving specific goals and specific outcomes at specific times.

The Challenge

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Project Manager with the BPMO, you will play an essential role in ensuring projects are on time and on budget and that all stakeholders, both internally and externally, are apprised of any project updates.

Project Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
  • Maintaining project plans and collateral, including the documentation and mitigation of any risks, assumptions, issues, or dependencies to ensure the project remains on schedule
  • Performing client-facing project calls, cross-functional calls with internal departments, capturing meeting minutes, and documenting any risks, assumptions, issues, or dependencies to ensure the project remains on schedule
  • Facilitate project governance calls and initial onsite meeting (if applicable) to review project methodology and develop project timeline
  • Ensuring billing of projects is accurate and that the project remains on budget
  • Understanding the scope of a project to guarantee project plans deliver on intent
  • Securing required resources per the schedule and outlining responsibilities of resources
  • Through client communication and requested documentation, act as a liaison between client and Homecare Homebase cross-functional teams to coordinate resolution of client concerns outline in the client project plan and/or contract. Cross-functional teams could include Client Services, Client Success, Implementation, Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance.
  • Generating statements of work
  • Providing concise and timely status reporting as required
  • Exemplifying CARES core values to promote a positive work environment and adherence to core values


Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience
  • PMP Certified, preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred
  • Experience in client-facing implementation project management
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Works well under the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
