Pay Range:                       $100,000-$130,000

The Position 

OneEnergy is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to help streamline internal operations and accelerate the deployment of effective technology solutions to drive efficiency across the business. The Business Process Analyst will work with key stakeholders to define and analyze business processes, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and generate detailed requirements documents for new technology deployments and enhancements to current systems.

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with key project stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and document them via requirements documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes, and identify additional process gaps.
• Create detailed requirements documents and process diagrams to enable efficient development and implementation of effective technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of operational procedures and system configuration.
• Interface with the technology teams during development to validate the solution against the requirements.
• Assist with project management and coordination duties.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members on best practices for business process analysis.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
• 3-7 years of experience in related role, like IT business analysis, project management, and/or technical development
• Strong project management skills; PMP or Project Management certification preferred. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools/frameworks (e.g. BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio).

• Excellent meeting facilitation and organizational skills.
• Salesforce and/or Integration experience preferred (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato/Zapier).

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A curious and proactive perspective for solving problems and implementing efficient solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related soft
• Self-motivated and self -starter, with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to contribute to an amicable working environment with other associates and employees while working independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a “roll up your sleeves and let’s get the job done right” type attitude.
• Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility.
