We are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst who is ready to join our NAVSEA team. This position is in located in Norfolk, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

• Conduct activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, and create/assess performance measurements.

• Provide group facilitation, interview, train and provide knowledge transfer.

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage functional software requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Organize and manage supporting project documentation and artifacts.

• Develop and deliver meeting minutes, schedules, and other project documentation.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 5 years of related business process and requirements experience.

• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies

• Understanding of Navy or other DoD software systems (preferred)

• Strong technical editing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.

• Strong written and oral communication.

• Experience supporting software development programs (preferred). Program Management Professional Certification (preferred).

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
