The Business Process Analyst supports all levels of management in their continuing effort to improve processes, procedures, and systems by designing, developing, and deploying innovative processes
**Position is hybrid out of our Madison, WI office**
Responsibilities
- Document project business opportunities, problem statements, scope, requirements, milestones, and team responsibilities.
- Assist company management in developing and installing control systems to ensure improvement results are sustained.
- Â Analyze and formulate recommendations based on research of complex business processes.
- Â Assist in special projects or ongoing assignments at the direction of Sr. Management.
- Assists with development of presentations and reports.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt, Yellow belt or comparable quality designation preferred (or must be capable of obtaining Lean Six Sigma designation).
- Business Analyst Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Industry designations (e.g. FLMI, CLU, CPCU) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
