Department Overview

The Services Offer Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Land Mobile Radio, Consoles, and Private Broadband portfolio. This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.
A sub-team the Services Quote to Cash Orderability team is responsible for services implementations in CRM, ERP and Lifecycle Management Systems. It is responsible for working with cross functional teams (Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Services) for end-to-end definition and implementation of service offers and configurations in CRM/ERP systems to provide service orderability from quoting to fulfillment and to provide better user experiences to our end customers, partners, resellers and salesforce.
Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to evaluate, design and implement end to end Services Orderability from Sales Quoting, Order Fulfillment, Finance and Service/Contract Management. You will be responsible for comprehensive knowledge of the current processes and systems utilized within the various business support functions in Motorola Solutions as well as understanding planned future state functions and optimizations.

  • Working with cross functional stakeholders (Product Owners, Sales, Services teams, etc.) to understand the business requirements/scope and convert it into requirements documents for various ordering systems: Oracle CPQ, Oracle R12 Configurator, MOL and COF.

  • Responsible for ensuring configurations in the above-mentioned systems are defect-free and orderable.

  • Responsible for finalizing services setup and structure in Agile/EBS systems and provide SME level support to cross functional teams. 

  • Partner with developers to explain the requirements and perform testing once development is complete.

  • Partner with key stakeholders from Product Management, Engineering, IT, Services and PLM/EBS team members to gather and analyze requirements and deliver working ERP/CRM implementations.

  • Ensures that compliance requirements are met for various regions/countries.

  • Ensures agreed standards are met for Orderability UX.

  • Assist with SKU reduction, services cancellation analysis and offer/structure simplification activities working with key stakeholders.

  • Identifies opportunities for process simplification and help with automation initiatives within the team

  • Create / update requirement documents as needed.

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP and CRM systems.

  • Experience with development tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

  • Able to learn new technology quickly, become the expert, solve the problem and teach others.

  • Experiences with creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements.

  • Has strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with remote teams in a global environment.

Preferred:

  • Experiences with Oracle SW products PLM, EBS and CPQ is preferred.

  • Experience with Telecommunication domain knowledge is preferred.

  • Knowledge or understanding of some basic software programming language (e.g.SQL, PL/SQL, Google Script) is preferred.

  • Experiences in process optimization and automation using various technologies (home grown, RPA, AI)

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Operations, or 1+ years of experience in a Business Data role
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
