The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution - from technologies and investments to supply chain, manufacturing and test operations, facilities management, and information technology services.
Business Process Analyst Associate
What You'll Do:

• Create, track, and solve and close end user software support tickets.
• Prioritize ticket workload based on severity of issue reported.
• Troubleshoot and provide developers with bug fix documentation.
• Work with internal users to understand functionality needs.
• Work with developers and other Business Process Analyst to document request for enhancements.
• Support new ITS projects to develop new capabilities that involve these applications, work closely with ITS software developers to design/develop/deploy new enhancements and interfaces, configure data access controls.
• Create user profiles for access based on job roles.
• Creating troubleshooting documentation
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• Experience as a Technical Support Specialist.
• Experience working with Information Technology Service Desk ticketing system.
• Excellent ticket notes for resolution and root cause.
• Experience with Service Now Ticking System.
• Experience using Velocity, IFS and Agile software tools.
• Experience using MS Teams, SCCM and Active Directory.
• Experience creating user profiles for software access.
• Creating Knowledge Base articles for both IT and external customers.
• Level 1 or 2 tech support for software.
• Excellent time management.
• Customer service mindset, excellent communication and listening skills, organized, demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team, self-motivated, detail oriented.

Off-Site Work Environment: This position may be performed remotely, typically at the employee's home, and may require periodic work at a specified Ball location. Travel/commute to various Ball and/or customer locations at times when not "home based" may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $74,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
