Business Process Analyst I
Assist manager with business activities related to implementations, patches, upgrades, and end user business support of new and modified business information systems and processes. Activities include analyzing, reviewing, testing, and documenting Finance Department business and technical processes.
What You'll Do:

• Work in close coordination with the Finance Digital Transformation (FDT) portfolio leads to ensure successful implementation of the Costpoint reimplementation and other Finance projects.
• Identify system requirements from business users leveraging interviews, document analysis, business process workflows, and user stories to help analyze business needs.
• Collaborate with system developers to configure and enhance Finance systems to align with business needs.
• Provide data analysis and conversion efforts as needed.
• Assist with data reporting development needs of the department.
• Complete testing associated with Finance system projects.
• Complete data retrieval and analysis as needed for the department.
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Propose information technology solutions that adhere to the enterprise architecture and standards, to meet business needs.
• Understand and document the change impact of new solutions on existing systems or processes.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the Company. Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years related experience.
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• Excellent interpersonal, lead and customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability.
• Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of system and subsystem interfaces.
• Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Report writing and report preparation skills and experience.
• Experience with the following preferred:
  • Deltek Costpoint
  • OnBase
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • SAP Business Objects
  • SQL and/or Power BI

Flexible On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three or more days per work week. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• HIRING SALARY RANGE: $69,000 - $93,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
