The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution - from technologies and investments to supply chain, manufacturing and test operations, facilities management, and information technology services.
Business Process Analyst Senior
What You'll Do:
  • Act as a Customer Engagement Manager to identify opportunities for improvement to support the Digital Workplace Strategy and over all end user compute experience.
  • Assist ITS teams and our customers to detail requirements to solutions supporting Digital Workplace.
  • Assist the Solutions Desk and Desk Side support teams with managing ticket queues focused on tickets that have breached the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Design and create reports/dashboards to assist the teams with managing ticket metrics and SLA levels.
  • Evaluate and recommend Digital Experience metrics, dashboards, and Service Levels.
  • Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
  • Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value.
  • Assist with support of M365 initiatives.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Customer service, excellent communication skills, organized, demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team, self-motivated, detail oriented.
  • Experience with requirements gathering.
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team.
  • Excellent customer orientation and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Experience with Business Process Mapping a plus.
  • Experience with M365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, Stream, etc).

Hybrid Work Environment: This position may be performed working from both the office and another location, while typically requiring working in the office less than 3 days per work week. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Relocation for this position is not available.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,500 - $132.500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
