Department Overview
The Services Offer Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Land Mobile Radio, Consoles, and Private Broadband portfolio. This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.A sub-team the Services Quote to Cash Orderability team is responsible for services implementations in CRM, ERP and Lifecycle Management Systems. It is responsible for working with cross functional teams (Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Services) for end-to-end definition and implementation of service offers and configurations in CRM/ERP systems to provide service orderability from quoting to fulfillment and to provide better user experiences to our end customers, partners, resellers and salesforce.
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Process Architect with experience in delivering successful projects and driving cross functional business process transformation to join our team. This team helps evaluate, guide and approve any process or system change proposals for end to end Product and Services Orderability from Sales Quoting, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Reporting and Service/Contract Management. You will be responsible for comprehensive knowledge of the current processes and systems utilized within the various business support functions in Motorola Solutions as well as understanding planned future state functions and optimizations. You will be involved in projects ranging from internal projects within Services Offer Management to larger and more complex cross functional projects that involve other business units such as Supply Chain, Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing and IT.
Responsible for understanding business process requirements, evaluating user stories and assessing viability and impact of project proposals on existing business processes. Serves as a Business Process Management subject matter expert.
Work closely with cross functional business (Sales, Product Management, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing etc) and IT partners to understand business processes and goals of project proposals.
Captures high level solutions and business process flows for major initiatives which have impact on business processes or system architecture. Analyze and highlight any gaps or inefficiencies within the proposals when aligned with cross functional business processes and system architecture.
Perform Change impact analysis and define test strategy and scope to verify the changes to both business processes and systems end-to-end. Partner closely with IT Architect on the assigned projects to complement technical analysis with business analysis.
Identify resources needed from cross functional teams to conduct business user acceptance testing events.
Provide guidance from cross functional teams on developing test scenarios and executing the testing during User Acceptance testing.
Own and maintain important process documentation and workflow designs that are relevant to cross functional business processes and system ecosystems.
Manage change across businesses to ensure impacted groups understand and agree to the business process changes.
Additional Qualified Skills:
Experience in various methodologies for business process management across ERP and CRM systems.
Experience with business processes in Oracle PLM, EBS, CPQ is preferred.
Knowledge of subscription, revenue management platforms, and cloud environments is preferred.
Proficiency in one or more ERP and CRM systems, like Oracle, is required
Experience with development tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Able to learn new technology quickly, become the expert, solve the problem and teach others.
Experienced with creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements.
Has strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.
Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with remote teams in a global environment.
Experience with Telecommunication domain knowledge is preferred.
Knowledge or understanding of some basic software programming language (e.g.SQL, PL/SQL, Google Script) is preferred.
Experience in process optimization and automation using various technologies (home grown, RPA, AI)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in process or business architecture
5+ years of ERP and CRM experience

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management information systems, business operations or related field.
2+ years of experience in process or business architecture
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
