JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
Under technical direction, provides data analysis, administration and project assistance to the business in the development of on-going process improvements and data maintenance efforts in support of Commercial project initiatives and strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
• Owns the assessment and analysis various Commercial Insurance Projects.
• Aids in the provisioning and management of resource and customer access to specific applications owned and managed by the Commercial Product Services team.
• Assists with key project initiatives and participates in the gathering and defining of process needs, system requirements. May aid in the facilitation of user acceptance testing for any system improvement supported by Commercial Product Services.
• Collaborates with key business partners and stakeholders across the Commercial organization to further understand key pain points and identify potential improvement initiatives
• May assist with troubleshooting of technical issues including submission of help desk tickets, monitoring of status and ensuring testing and solution is complete.
• May develop and oversee process-related training programs including creating workflow, job aids, training materials and presentations related to internal and external learning opportunities. Evaluates alternatives and external training.

May perform additional duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationship
Typically Manager or above
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as understanding of the company's Commercial products, services, goals and objectives.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Solid analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency to facilitate meetings of low complexity.
• Proficiency with project management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with little or no direction to drive project and program initiatives.
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent, preferred
• Agile experience preferred
• Typically a minimum of four years of related work experience.
• Exposure to Commercial line of business
