Business Process Engineer

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Process Engineer to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is Department of Defense
• A CURRENT U.S. Government IT-I / IT-II / SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.
• Will provide facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process reengineering across all phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices, and supervision of business process reengineering.
• Will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
• Will be responsible for data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
• Will create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
• Will recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.

Requirements: 

• A CURRENT U.S. Government IT-I / IT-II / SECRET Clearance. Sponsorship will not be provided.
• Must have ServiceNow Certified HR Service Delivery (HR) Implementation Specialist Certification
• Must have 4+ years' experience in business process reengineering with demonstrated, increasing responsibilities within this field.
• Must have 7+ years' relevant experience.
• Must have a B.S. or B.A. Degree
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create frequent business presentations.
• Must have excellent persuasion skills.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels.
• Must be willing and able to work standard East Coast Hours (EST)
