What you will do:

• As a Business Process Engineer, you will be responsible for working to design, build, and develop processes and workflows that accelerate our teams’ ability to be successful. The Business Process Engineer provides structure for large amounts of information while considering the company’s business objectives.
• Work alongside the Business Systems Salesforce Administration team to develop project requirements for improving work processes while working closely with team through execution
• Work daily in internal systems to identify and resolve accessibility and workflow issues, set appropriate permissions, and collect feedback on usability
• Help map workflows of current processes for a variety of departments including Sales, Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance
• Create documentation and templates for various departments, supporting multiple aspects of the business
• Make recommendations for process enhancements or other actions to improve productivity
• Identify bottlenecks and use business acumen, data, and resources available to make recommendations and implement system solutions accordingly.
• Create reports as needed to aid in robust data-driven decision making
• Manage projects and workflows to meet established goals while completing projects on-time and with a focus on the end-user.
• Run ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Entrepreneurial energy and spirit, with the strong desire to make things happen
• 2+ years in Business Process and/or Business Analysis with demonstrated successes in identifying, prioritizing, and deploying process automation and/or process improvements
• Hands-on technical development and/or programming and systems design experience
• Experience leading large process improvement projects
• Demonstrated technical skills to manage and lead others through complex business problems
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly collaborative with excellent attention to detail
