Business Process Manager
The ideal candidate will optimize business processes through innovative evaluation, design, implementation, measurement, and monitoring services. Ensure business process outcomes are in harmony with Corporate strategic and operational goals. Work collectively across all departments to promote a continuous improvement outlook and proficiencies. Establish process improvement methodologies, tools, training and communication materials for use by business and project teams. Ensure timely, clear and accurate reporting of process improvement projects and their contributions.
What You'll Be Doing

• Co-managing the MQA (myWORKspace Quote Automation) roadmap
• Co-managing the mapping of data from pricing files to fields in mWs
• Data analysis of pricing files
• Leading complex cross functional.
• Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
• Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
• Creation of project related process documents.
• Manage JIRA board for Web & MQA
• Conduct Scrum meetings
• Roadmap and ROI management
• Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
• Co-managing the Web Scrum Team as Product Owner
• Co-managing Case-to-Quote automation roadmap w/ the Salesforce OLM Team
• Engaging on a frequent basis w/ multiple Product Owners from the Salesforce Scrum teams to ERP teams as well as multiple ECS IT team members

What Are We Looking For?

• Agile and Scrum experience required
• Product Owner experience required
• Knowledge of myWorkSpace (mWs) mandatory
• Knowledge of automation (B2B, RPA, etc.) mandatory
• Knowledge of the Quoting and Ordering process for ECS NA within mWs mandatory
• Knowledge of the Partner Specialist role and responsibilities and how that translates to mWs required mandatory
• Knowledge of quote file formats like XML required mandatory
• Understanding of data relationships for products, quotes, orders, pricing (modifiers, DI) mandatory
• Interaction w/ Business Stakeholders, IT Team, Business Users

Experience / Education
Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$78,300.00 - $92,950.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
