Job Description

Ibotta is seeking a Business Process Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Do you love analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for large-scale improvements? Do you have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through times of major change? We are looking for a Business Process Manager to challenge the status quo and revamp our program set up system to be highly scalable, efficient, and reliable.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the program set up process and post-sale client lifecycle

  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and intake improvement requests from the business

  • Initiate, scope, and manage process improvements projects

  • Deliver continuous incremental improvements to address pain points as well as global, innovative changes that depart from the status quo and have significant business impact

  • Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements

  • Document, measure, and monitor business processes, process control metrics, and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives

  • Facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Champion the need and benefit by using a structured approach to business process improvement

  • Provide regular reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the process improvement projects

  • Coordinate new product launches and rollouts with the Client, Product, and Operations teams

What we are looking for:

  • 4-5+ years of experience working in areas of Lean/Six Sigma Management Methodology, Value Stream Mapping facilitation, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Change Management, Project Management, and/or Business Process Mapping/Management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related certification preferred

  • Experience implementing workflows in Salesforce preferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to develop and deliver project plans and timelines to senior leadership

  • Business acumen to have a vision of the whole business process when problem solving for a piece of it; ability to assess how current actions impact the whole process

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $100,000-$120,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
