Business Processing Mining Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a senior professional with a consultative background who plays a crucial role in driving the business intelligence for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and mining business processes to design cohesive transformative improvement programs beneficial to our clients. We need someone who has great exposure into back office operations like F&A and HR Operations in Life science Retail or Manufacturing industries.

**This position is W2 only and does not qualify for sponsorship or C2C.

Responsibilities:

• Designing business process improvements programs based on data findings and process mining.
• Analyzing data to identify trends patterns and insights
• Creating visual models for representations of business processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborating with teams to collect data and execute the company's mission.
• Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required:

• 10+ years of domain expertise in North America Healthcare Banking or Supply Chain Industry
• 5+ years of experience in data science and process improvement
• 2+ years of experience with process mining tools like Celonis
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in process mining tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and design thinking to convey findings and recommendations.
• Knowledge of business process management and workflow automation

Where required by law NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $75.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors including the candidate's actual work location relevant experience technical skills and other qualifications.
