POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Project Lead Analyst is responsible for preparing the operations team for implementation of technology initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with product to understand the roadmap, implementation schedule and business impacts. They will manage the activities necessary to ensure a successful implementation - inclusive of release documentation and training coordination. This position utilizes technical aptitudes and experiences to provide both product and business support ensuring smooth transition of information and functionality. Ensure satisfaction with IT products, systems and services in alignment with Client and EverNorth objectives. May facilitate activities with functional areas to oversee delivery of products/services to meet operational needs. This position also manages the facilitation and planning of technology pilots and correlating ticketing processes. Additionally the analyst serves as a liaison between Product and Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Utilizes project management skills to work cross functionally with other operational and division departments to ensure business preparedness and timely completion of pre-release activities.
  • Coordinates technology release pilots, ensuring post-delivery features are working as expected - triaging feedback and tickets to product and IT.
  • Aids in the ticketing process to support pilots and BAU implementations for technology releases.
  • Assist with content creation and facilitation of product updates to the business.
  • Facilitate business surveys to gather product feedback.
  • Manage drug ramp up plans for technology initiatives.
  • Data analysis to support metric and KPI visibility.
  • Serves as a point of contact for Product and Operations. Maintain working knowledge of both areas.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales & Account Management, IT, Operations, and Product.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent years' experience
  • 5 plus years relevant operations experience
  • Experience and understanding of specialty operations and processes highly preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience with project management preferred.
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding and ability to write business requirements
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines
  • Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service/patient interaction experience and pharmacy related processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation abilities
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency within applications including Intake, RCM, Rx Home, Clearance, BRC, CRM and Rx Processing to facilitate appropriate triage of issues
  • High level of self-motivation, integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Ability to influence others
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to build strong relationship with peers across the organization
  • Ability to effectively work within a complex, matrix environment

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 69,800 - 116,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
