Business Project Senior Analyst - Remote

What you will do:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and business partner contact for baseline project teams, Client Onboarding and Service, Product Benefit Advisory Board (PBAB), Compliance and Systems
• Be responsible for maintaining effective relationships and exploring automation opportunities to ensure our teams effectively meet our Client's expectations
• Act as a Contracts/Legislation expert for Strategic Product & Service initiatives in a way that maintains or enhances operational Service, Productivity & Quality while fully meeting initiative objectives
• Contribute to business solutions/ideas for improvement.
• Ensure workflow consistency among teams and across platforms to the extent possible.
• Develop innovative ideas for driving departmental results
• Serve as a business and technical resource for Tech Coaches and Management
• Develop a strong foundational understanding of Contracts and Legislation functional tools and processes, related goals and objectives and operational business workflows
• Resolve issues/mitigate risks in a timely manner with a sense of urgency
• Facilitate effective and timely decision making on key initiatives.
• Communicate initiative status regularly, at appropriate level of detail for intended audience(s) including leadership
• Partner with the State Filing Team to ensure we have accurate, current language available
• Partner with the Compliance Team to ensure that mandates are communicated, understood, and implemented timely and accurately within the legislation tool
• Collaborate with and influence/motivate matrix partners to identify and complete actions and reach goals/targets that support Contracts/DST/Legislation in a timely manner
• Ensure effective meetings through strong facilitation, planned agendas, and communication of key decisions and action items/next steps
• Provide clarification and direction on the appropriate application of specific protocols and Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to Contracts and Legislation.

What you need to do the job:

• Technical experience with high level of proficiency on Legislation and/or Contracts processes preferred
• Ability to work within matrix partner environment
• Proficiency in Systems and Applications, including but not limited to ePro, DST, Valor, Leg tool, Access, Word and Excel
• Ability to create SOPs and Job Aids that provide clear instructions
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent 5+years of experience in a corporate environment required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a specific initiative
• Strong written and oral communication skills

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,400 - 97,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
