This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Being the Business Relationship and Reporting Senior Associate means you will be part of the core team that supports New York Life Direct's long-standing partnership with AARP, helping to bring our insurance products to AARP members. With a mix of business reporting and communications responsibilities, you will serve as a liaison working closely with internal and AARP operational stakeholders. You will use your analytical skills to understand data and prepare reporting. You will own processes, introduce efficiencies, manage projects, and facilitate meetings. With excellent relationship skills and a desire to learn, you will create positive interactions with agents and colleagues, solve challenges, and become a go-to resource for our AARP Agency Program.
What you'll do:
The Business Relationship Senior Associate assists with the overall management of NYL Direct's long-standing partnership with AARP.
- Collaborates cross-organizationally to support day-to-day operations of Agency program (long-term care, individual and group life insurance)
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to monitor contractual performance standards
- Prepares financial and performance analytics reports on Life Insurance Options and Long-Term Care Options Program
- Assists in the development of annual strategic and operational presentation materials to support partner discussions
- Manages and facilitates quarterly operations partner meetings
- Partners closely with our customer call center, serving as subject matter expert for A2O program and manages Helpdesk email inquiries from agents
- Coordinates updates of Group product marketing materials
- Consolidates all Third-Party Risk Management performance reporting
What you need for the job:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years related experience required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data management skills and detail-oriented
- Organizational skills with ability to multi-task to meet changing deadlines and demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- SQL skills and experience with MicroStrategy reports preferred

Salary range: $72,500-$107,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
