The Role:

We are transforming technology and creating a digital evolution that will empower Centene to better serve our members. As a Business Resilience System Analyst this role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions. This role will design, develop, and maintain Fusion Risk Management Application which runs on the Salesforce Platform, and will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Analyze business requirements and user needs to identify system solutions, including conducting feasibility studies, gathering data, and developing detailed functional and technical specifications. Monitor and analyze capabilities and processes (automated/manual), develop gap analyses, and research solutions to increase the maturity of the application.

Integrate software solutions with other applications and systems within the organization, including designing and implementing APIs, web services, and data integration solutions.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into the data in the Fusion Risk Management Application to help the company make data-driven decisions. This includes creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.

Design software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the application is integrated with other systems and applications and ensure their needs are met. Institute industry best practices to continually mature and improve the program. Participate in project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and other strategic initiatives.

Implement software solutions by testing and then deploying application upgrades. Provide support and training to end users. Demonstrate ability to communicate technology in business terms with customers at all levels.

Maintain and support the Fusion Risk Management Application, including monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, guiding best practices, and providing technical support to end-users. Responsible for data entry, data cleaning, and data migration.

Additionally you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in database analysis and Salesforce, working in in Visualforce, Lightning Platform, Communities, APEX coding, Process Builder, triggers, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates, Custom Coding, and Web Services required.

Experience with Fusion Risk Management software tool, and any BC software highly preferred.

License/Certification:

Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
