Job Summary

Serve as a leader in evolving the data and content management practices at WM. Act as a liaison between the Technology and the business teams to implement new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives.

II. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience processes and data
• Partner with business stakeholders to transition our enterprise entitlements and contract data from an unstructured to a structured data source
• Reviews and cleanses organizational data to consistent/standardized formats using analytical tools like MS Excel
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills and has the ability to run key meetings including discovery sessions, sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
• Coordinates with business leaders to determine and document business and user requirements
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer self-service and automation across channels by utilizing structured data to power automated solutions
• Possesses knowledge/experience in an integrated implementation between different business systems as well as working with integration tools, QA testing, system design and analysis, project management

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

May coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on systems projects.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience. Five years' experience as a Business Analyst in addition to education requirement

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration and a minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst and one year project management experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Advanced knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required:

• Advanced Excel user

Advanced knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Experience in master data management platforms
• Agile Methodology, Jira
• QA testing, business analyst methodologies, system design and analysis
• Training and Communication skills
