Apple Leisure Group is looking for a Business Solutions Architect to join our Transformation Office. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive transformative business initiatives aimed at creating customer value, revenue, and operational efficiency, ensuring that projects align with business strategies and financial priorities. The position requires a curious, creative, and detail oriented mind that is customer centric and focused on efficiency, process improvement and fiscal outcome. The role will support the development of future state vision and the transformation roadmap.

A successfullBusiness Solutions Architect will:

• Engage with colleagues in developing near and long terms transformative solutions to drive customer value, revenue, satisfaction and efficiency
• Partner and consult with stakeholders to analyze processes, identifying and recommending feasible options to standardize, optimize and transform while identifying potential automation opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis to determine and communicate benefits/ROI of projects, providing recommendation for metrics to report business outcome over time
• Anticipate emerging trends and risks as basis for recommending transformative project considerations
• Collaborate to define and influence vision and scope of projects to align with strategic objectives
• Translate conceptual requirements to functional requirements for development
• Meet and communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership

A successfullBusiness Solutions Architect will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Engineering, Science, Math or quantitative background
• 3-5 years relevant experience in process mapping and analysis, requirement gathering and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strongly desired
• Knowledge of Project Management, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and business transformation preferred
• Travel industry experience a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication
• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders, build consensus and alignment and deliver key objectives
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
