Business Solutions- Finance Deployment Manager

We are looking for a Finance Deployment Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions Team as we rollout Oracle Cloud across NOV. This individual will work specifically with the finance team, managing business analysts and working with the finance director to implement the global finance design of Cloud Financials and related finance applications globally. You will interface with business users, management, and other Cloud leads to deliver our global solution and act as a subject matter expert in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems. You should be comfortable managing others and driven to deliver a world-class solution.

This position requires the following:

• Manage a team of Finance Business Analysts to support the global rollout of Oracle Cloud
• Facilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources
• Work with the Cloud finance director on improvements and inefficiencies in financial processes through the use of Cloud or ancillary applications
• Work with finance SMEs to address pain points in their processes
• Lead the Finance Business Analysts in discovering and designing statutory or other regulatory requirements as part of the Cloud landscape
• Assist with data conversion, CRPs, fit sessions, UATs, or any other stages of the implementation process
• Other design and management tasks as assigned by the Cloud finance director

Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud, EBS, JDEdwards, or other major ERPs
• ERP or other major software implementation experience
• Experience managing teams
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Accounting or finance experience preferred
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical teams and technologically inexperienced users
• Excellent presentation and speaking skills
