ExamFX, a division of Ascend Learning, is the industry leader in online training for insurance licensing and securities exams. As a nationally-approved education provider, our course content is constantly being updated to align with the ever-changing information presented in state exams. We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our team and lead our Financial Services Instructor team.

Objectives of this role:

  • Leading the Business Solutions team, from managing the department to developing it for scalability and sustained growth, with all the people, processes, and strategies.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various internal departments to maintain and strengthen processes for the business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of Business Solutions Specialists.
  • Manage and develop Business Solutions' processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Setup new clients, products, pricing, and contracts.
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings and assist with preparing necessary documentation.
  • Execute and manage all of client contracts.
  • Maintains quality service by monitoring SLA standards and advising supervisor of potential problems.
  • Create and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, statements, etc.
  • Execute and manage projects and assigned work within allotted timeline.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team.
  • Learning Management System experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and DocuSign.

  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
