Job Summary

The Business Strategist establishes strategies, priorities and business requirements that improve revenue growth and competitive advantage. They understand the external market and internal business goals to develop initiatives and provide business-critical analytics that drives business results. In addition, they develop early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives while measuring the impact of success.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and determine team initiatives and goals
• Execute on growth ideas that drive innovation
• Leverage data insights to drive team initiatives and business transformation
• Design and implement the target state process, procedures and organizational gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on operations, pain points, solutions, ideas, priorities and key updates
• Hold leaders accountable to drive business results while providing support
• Specify business requirements as required
• Create process and policy documentation to accompany changes as needed
