- Supportagency compensation model development and execution
- Drivestandardized and ad-hoc reporting needs
- PriceMatch analysis and action
- Marketingand key event analysis
- Annual base commission reset
- Collaboratewith Finance on P&L
- Miscellaneous projects based on company need
A successful B2B Business Strategy Analyst, Trade Strategy & Performance will have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of2+ years of professional work experience performing data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experiencewith BI tools and data models. BI and/or analytical tool knowledge such Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, Think-Cell) a plus
- Experiencewith turning data into actionable insights
- Creative, self-motivated and ready to take initiative
- Data-driven and analytical
- Strongtime management and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to internal and external leaders
- Attentionto detail and commitment to accuracy
- Abilityto comply with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once
- Flexibilityand willingness to conform to changing job responsibilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-orientated environment
