The team you'll part of
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.
Be part of the Business Applications strategy team within Nokia's Cloud and Network Services organization. The team is reponsible to:
- Define the strategic vision and direction for the portfolio
- Create the portfolio strategies to expand business growth within existing customer segments
- Identify new market trends and market expansion business opportunities
- Identify and recommend new go to market opportunities and value chains, including with application developer ecosystems
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- Act as a key advisor to the business unit leadership team
- Identify market trends and insertion points for our business
- Develop strategic themes and strategy execution plan
- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Identify and recommend opportunities for inorganic or organic growth accelerators
- Deliver executive communications material for deliverables
- Develop, deliver, and contribute thought leadership content
- Serve as a business strategy interface into industry forums such as TMForum, GSMA, Camara, Open API alliance, etc.
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate would have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-8 in strategy, strategic planning, and strategic marketing in the software, hyperscaler, or telecommunications industry
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting with minimum advancement to managing director or junior partner level
- 5 years of experience working directly with senior leaders with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience in developing hyperscaler strategies and software developer engagement
- Knowledge of latest technologies and trends in the enterprise and CSP markets
- Experience in serving CSP and enterprise customers and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, business modeling, presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
- Advanced degree or equivalent
It would be nice if you also had:
- Go-to-market experience in developing solution alliance partners and ecosystem partners
- Experience creating incubation businesses and strategies
