Job Description:

SUMMARY

Responsible for the innovation, execution, long-range planning, development, and ultimate success of a key, industry leading data and analytics product line and platform to ensure high impact market adoption, and best use of resources in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defines and implements plans for the achievement of the business unit's goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved
• Assigns and monitors the work of team, providing technical and analytical support and direction
• Demonstrates knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
• Lead, direct and trains team effectively.
• Manages the performance of subordinates and of self. Sets challenging but attainable performance objectives. Monitors progress-to-performance objectives and eliminates obstacles when possible.
• Manages budgeting and financial forecasting and achieves forecasted financial results for assigned cost centers.
• Drives product innovation and adoption.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Requires 7+ years of experience in business strategy, product leadership, or operations
• Requires 3+ years of resource management experience
• Expert knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Expert knowledge of product management

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree
• CFA or FRM designations
• Knowledge of Black Knight's products, services, and capabilities
• Ability to collaborate in a cross functional setting while remaining highly accountable for all aspects of the business
• Ability to independently interact with executive level clients
• Ability to lead under pressure with independent judgment
• Ability to lead, direct and manage effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
