Responsible for key deliverables such as critical research and crafting presentations and reporting for key stakeholders (e.g., Regulators, Cross-Functional Business partners, backup materials for the board, market updates, etc.), and various strategic projects for business. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $63,500.00 to $107,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsible for key deliverables such as critical research and crafting presentations and reporting for key stakeholders (e.g., Regulators, Cross-Functional Business partners, backup materials for the board, market updates, etc.), and various strategic projects for business. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the development of presentations and reports utilized by the senior management and the executive committee, such as (but not limited to) Regulatory presentations, Network presentations, Townhall and Department presentations, critical project tracking, and Board backup materials.
- Supports the successful completion of strategic projects by performing research, assessing possibilities, and framing recommendations through presentations.
- Oversees high-priority initiatives, which requires coordination of resources and high levels of functional integration.
- Responsible for document/presentation management and template maintenance. Documents detailed agendas, action items, project plans, and maintains an issue log. Communicates status to all required stakeholders.
- Processes, validates, and reviews all participant contracts. Ensures all applicable paperworkhas been submitted and executed. Processes updates to records. Creates monthly reports.Validates annual billing. Distributes executed contracts to participants. Research items ondaily reject file to ensure quality control. Performs filing, processing mergers, and processingname changes.
- Tracks and manages vendor contract renewal calendars. Initiates contract reviews and renewals with owners and SMEs
- Manages invoicing, purchase order creation, and receiving. Evaluates processes and developsprocess improvements. Manages changes to improve, streamline, and add value to processes.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or Related
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Business
- In lieu of a Degree, 6+ Years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Business or Related
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Business, Technology, Communications or Related
- Agile and/or Kanban, PMP
