Our biotechnology client, is looking for The Business Support Analyst.
Summary
The Business Support Analyst - eCommerce supports the Order Fulfillment en suite of eServices platforms and account creation/setup for external customers. You will be supporting a world leader in Biotechnology and more specifically a COVID-19 front lines client in providing world class experience in onboarding new customers. You will be expected to assist with eCommerce customer account creation, data escalation and technical reporting for trends / targets / business development of new customers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• 25% contact setup
• 25% data escalation
• 50% reports, trending, targeting
• Data setup/activation
• complex data migration of contacts and account setups
• Report development, generation and maintenance
Skills
• Systems experience : Salesforce, SAP, Google Suite & Analytics, Smartsheets, Tableau, etc
• Data setup/activation
• attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• complex data migration of contacts and account setups
• Report development, generation and maintenance
• Understand healthcare landscape and account complexity
• Patience for problem solving
Education
• BS degree
