Role/ Department: Business Support Manager/ Talent Management and Development

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management and Development, you will maintain the processes and administration that enable the Talent Management function to effectively execute on our key HR talent processes and programs including: talent and succession planning, performance management, promotions, and recognition programs. You have an ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including the senior most levels of the organization, collecting and synthesizing information that results in executive ready presentations that tell a strong, crisp narrative around talent in our organization. You are highly organized, process minded, and are able to maintain the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information.
The key responsibilities of the role include: • Maintain a crisp, accurate and effective master calendar for all talent processes including: talent and succession planning, performance management, promotions process, and recognition programs.• Organize process execution and track progress with status updates and KPIs • Make recommendations on process improvements with a lean towards simplification and improving the employee and manager experience• Produce executive level presentations that tell a strong narrative on talent in our organization • Serve as liaison to Corporate Communications to support the delivery of Talent Management Communications and assist in tracking communications related projects and change initiatives• Support the Head of TMD in execution of special projects, as needed.
Skills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
• 8-10 years working in business administration, project management or executive leadership support with prior experience working in Talent Management or Organizational Design a plus • Exceptional organizational skills, oral and written communication skills are required• Ability to anticipate problems, dependencies, risks and take necessary• High proficiency with PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 tools• Experience with cross-functional teams, managing projects and deliverables and interacting with people across all levels of the organization• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing• Trustworthy and professional in dealing with confidential, sensitive HR information
