We are currently seeking a Business Support Senior Assoc. to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Job Summary:

Manage the tracking and tasking of admin packages inside Navy's Team Submarine organization using the Department of the Navy Tasking, Records and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DON TRACKER). Work across Team Submarine PEO staff and Program Office Branches to track admin package status and timeline to completion.

Job Duties:

• Assist with records management requirements and Transfer-Introduction-Exit tracking and records for newly reported personnel and Admin/IT support documentation.
• Assist with email account notifications to notify civilian, military and contractor personnel that their email accounts have been approved and send them written guidance about startup.
• Clean up, organize, maintain and manage the organization's SharePoint iNAVSEA website; establish the site to be the "go to" location for all sorts of admin, HR, benefits and personnel information including Signature Authorization Listings, Organization charts, Staffing Plans, Directives, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of desk guides for all of the admin and personnel functions in the Corporate Operations Directorate.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting a US government program/project team or providing professional administrative support
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic data base management tools to track taskings, status, extensions, completions, and required reports and item closeouts
• Demonstrates above average written and oral communications skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or other technical discipline (or commensurate experience) preferred

• Experience supporting the US Navy or active-duty Navy experience is a significant plus
