Business System Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIT and UAT.

Coordinate and conduct SIT and UAT sessions with stakeholders and end-users.

Identify, document, and track issues and defects during testing phases.

Analyze and report test results, providing recommendations for improvements.

Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in creating detailed documentation and reports.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management and development methodologies.
