Business System Analyst - Expert
Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst Expert will serve as a liaison between the business and technology groups to assist in the identification and execution of IT solutions to support business goals. Â This position is seen as an expert in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Provides expert requirements elicitation and design for key strategic business and system projects and/or enhancements
- Expert skill in general analysis as well as gap analysis
- Expert skill in generating all types business and/or system process documentation
- Expert skills in identifying and designing business and/or system improvements
- Expert ability in facilitating communications between business and technical resources
- Ability to coordinate/manage medium sized projects
- Expert knowledge of software development life cycle and project life cycle principles
- Mentor and coach others
Requirements
- 8+ year’s software testing experience
- Strong Analytical and technical skills are required
- Previous experience documenting requirements and process documentation
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication targeted to the audience
- Understanding and experience of the Software development life cycle
- SQL experience is required
- Testing experience is a plus
- Project Management experience a plus
