    Job Description

    Are you passionate about analysing complex IT solutions from a business acumen perspective and driving efficient integration implementations while enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams? If so, we have an opportunity for you to meet your strength! 

    As a Business-System Analyst in our Promotions team, you will analyze technical configurations and integrations between game providers and customers in terms of promotional products, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that will ensure the best customer experience across all existing and new products in Evolution.

    Your knowledge and experience will shine in preparing comprehensive solution assessments and defining integration details while facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting PDM in:
      • strategic business planning and defining new projects,
      • defining project goals and scope,
      • improving product user experience, including user interface prototyping,
      • data analysis of product performance monitoring;
    • Eliciting, analysing and specifying requirements during the development process;
    • Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project teams and requirements reuse;
    • Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
    • Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency, and radiating information;
    • Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products;
    • Collaborate with game providers and game operators to help them understand promo solutions’ infrastructure/ interfaces/ flows and propose the most efficient way for their problem-solving; 
    • Collaborate with QAs, DEVs and Designers during requirements and solution design implementation and validation. Provide valuable suggestions for potential enhancements, if required;
    • Few examples of real tasks:
      • system requirements and simple mockups for the admin panel;
      • user and design requirements for claiming promo rewards in games;
      • requirements for integration of the rewards product with games;
      • business requirements for issuing promo rewards or introducing completely new reward product types;
      • data structure requirements for Kafka events and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field;
    • Advanced technical skills, excellent documentation skills;
    • Understanding of business and product metrics;
    • Ablility to understand and use system logs for analysis, Kafka experience would be a plus;
    • Hands-on experience working with and describing REST APIs, Postman experience for simple API requests;
    • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner;
    • Experience working in Agile software development;
    • Excellent English language communication skills;
    • Good leadership and social skills to mediate and cooperate well with other Evolution team members;
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
    • Ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
    • Domain Knowledge in Gambling and Live games strongly preferred;
    • At least a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or one of the globally-recognized certifications: CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA;
