DUTIES:

Analyze healthcare business systems for the purpose of developing software solutions, workflows, use case diagrams, wireframes, and presentations. Analyze healthcare provider data, mapping provider data from one system to another, and developing data migration solutions. Translate data using XML. Develop user stories by facilitating and gathering requirements from business stakeholders. Gather business requirements for software development projects using Scrum tools which can include a combination of Agility (Version One) or JIRA. Document user stories in Agility. Develop acceptance criteria and capture supporting information such as data object/field mapping, process flows, wireframes and screen designs. Deliver software development projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and demonstrate developed solutions to business stakeholders and product owners. Participate in system design, collaborate with technical teams to clarify user story requirement, disseminate highly complex business requirements, and ensure design/architecture meets user needs. Assist Quality Assurance by reviewing test strategy, test plan, and test cases. Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, review the scripts with Business stakeholders and seek approval. Execute UAT scripts in Salesforce UAT environment and document defects in Application LifeCycle Management / Quality Center. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues with Salesforce CRM. Facilitate defect triaging, test defect fixes delivered by technical team, and present functionality to business-oriented teams. Develop functional specifications documents according to standards and best practices. Lead solution discussions, mentor junior staff and lead initiatives to success. Document and present project status to Project Management Office using status update templates. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field. Must also have the following experience: 5 years of experience analyzing healthcare business systems for the purpose of developing software solutions, workflows, use case diagrams, wireframes, and presentations; 2 years of experience gathering business requirements for software development projects using Scrum tools which can include a combination of Agility (Version One) or JIRA; 2 years of experience in delivering software development projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks; 2 years of experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues with Salesforce CRM; 2 years of experience analyzing healthcare provider data, mapping provider data from one system to another, and developing data migration solutions; and 2 years of experience translating data using XML. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
