Business Systems Administrator (US-based)
Job Description
What We’re Looking For:
The Business Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for the care and keeping of various enterprise applications that support our business operations, including financial, human resources and payroll domains. This role is part of a global team of technologists supporting ADP, NetSuite and our primary application, Workday. Â Oversight of these applications includes, but is not limited to, design and configuration, integrations testing, regular application maintenance and security. Â The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment along with keen attention to detail as well as the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the technology and business teams.Â
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Maintaining and enhancing data integrity through design, security, and best practices
- Performing critical system administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations
- Providing technical expertise and recommendations for a variety of business teams, while working closely with functional area subject matter experts
- Troubleshooting technical issues and devising immediate and long-term solutions
- Supporting and implementing functional testing through an automated regression test platform as it relates to FINTech
- Supporting feature release updates and enhancements
- Modeling best practices of stakeholder support
- Support 3rd party products as they relate to primary applications
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Operations or Programming disciplines preferred
- 2 - 3 years’ experience maintaining mission critical applications in a complex technology environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities, verbal and written
- Solid knowledge of ticketing systems
- Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Knowledge of systems such as CRMs, ERPs, general FINTech
