Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of SaaS applications. They will leverage Power BI to analyze business data and present actionable insights. Additionally, they will utilize APIs for efficient data extraction and integration processes.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SaaS applications to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to drive business decision-making.

Utilize APIs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and systems.

Conduct business process analysis and reengineering to improve workflow efficiency.

Lead projects related to the integration and implementation of SaaS solutions.

Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS application administration and data analytics.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in SaaS application administration and Power BI.

Expertise in Python programming for data extraction and manipulation through APIs.

Solid understanding of API integration and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
