Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Services organization in US (Remote). This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Insight on your impact- Define business requirements, lead scope, and coordinate activities with collaborators to ensure priorities are accurately reflected.
- Analytically assess, investigate, interpret, and creatively solve complex business & technical problems.
- Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards and serve as a liaison to other teams in the planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-team initiatives.
- Create storyboards and wireframes to effectively translate requirements and communicate functional specs.
- Drive full software development lifecycle for product delivery, enhancements, and overall sustainment backlog, partnering with architects and developers in planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ensure best in class customer experience and drive continual improvement, reducing friction, humanizing the employee experience, and improving efficiency.
- Construct and sustain process and product documentation, bringing together all information necessary to properly implement business processes and all information defining product features, use, and administration.
- Understand business strategy and priorities and drive implementation planning and Identify product / process inefficiencies and opportunities and drive innovation through feedback from internal collaborators, technical peers, and external partners.
- Attend events including user conferences, webinars, trainings, etc. to remain current on the newest technologies, ServiceNow platform offerings, and ServiceNow product features.
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 3+ years ServiceNow Platform/Product experience scoping and delivery for enterprise solution architecture, including integrations with other core technologies (Workday, Coupa, Moveworks).
- Experience scoping and delivery for other enterprise technologies and applications (Workday, Coupa, Moveworks), development related to full stack (front/back end), and integrations between.
- Experienced with Scoped/Custom Applications.
- Excellent analytical skills, both in product/process evaluation and data analytics, with ability to identify, socialize, and mitigate gaps and also define new and scalable solutions with supporting critical metrics.
- Should be able to document the Business requirements in Stories and create workflows using Visio/Lucid charts on the as is and to be state of the requirements.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understand.
- Experienced in using and providing metrics to business collaborators applying ServiceNow PA Dashboards and Reports and basic SQL experience.
- Ability to work multi-functionally with business customers and functional team members.
- Determined and able to implement independently and remotely without supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields or equivalent professional experience.
- ITIL v3 foundation practitioner level certification.
- Experienced and comfortable in leading and delivering trainings / webinars to Business collaborators related to the ServiceNow Applications.
- Should have knowledge related to QA and Testing framework with ability to conduct UAT’s and working with development team for defect remediation and Business team for Sign offs.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Certifications or experience with ServiceNow’s: Predictive Intelligence, Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework, Agile and Test Management
- Agile methodology practitioner.
- ServiceNow Certifications (on the latest supported version): Certified System Administrator (Must have), Certified Implementation Specialist (desirable).
