Business Systems Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise Technologies Finance IT team, part of the broader CIO organization, is looking for a proactive and collaborative self-starter to support the teamās mission to establish a best-in-class Finance solution by supporting our existing NetSuite ERP implementation. This will be achieved through developing a deep understanding of financial processes and configuring NetSuite to support our evolving business models. You will interact with multiple collaborators across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the teamās mission.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Develop new solutions for NetSuite to support our evolving business model
- Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to meet Finance needs
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations
- Support the finance team by actively identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solutions that create efficiencies and add value
- In adherence with SOX, ensure procedures, processes and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementationsĀ
- Monitor the system and identify critical issues with the existing solutions and proactively design and fix the as-built solutionsĀ
- Drive root-functional root cause analysis where issues are noted and be the enterprise systems champion for prioritization and remediationĀ
- Where remediation has been planned, lead the following:
- Documentation and analysis of current business processes, including the underlying systems/applications.Ā Ā Ā
- Gathering and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translation of business requirements into functional specificationsĀ
- Supporting cross-functional teams with solution design.
- Work closely with cross domain IT teams and business partners efforts to develop and test any cross functional solutions
- Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and execute selected technology solutions
- Use reporting tools to analyze financial reportingĀ
- Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.
- Develop strong working relationships with your Enterprise Technologies and finance peers as well as across the wider Peloton teams
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users

Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent required.
- Lead process design sessions with Business teams.
- Ability to lead projects with a cross functional team, external resource management, teamwork, commitment management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Adept and proactive at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance (Accounting Policies / Procedures).Ā
- Minimum 3 yearsā hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP (NetSuite Certified) with knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
- Multiple full-lifecycle implementations
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Accounting / Finance, CPA or equivalent experience
- Retail experience
- Agile (SCRUM) experience
- Software development in a programming language
Base Salary: $117,700.00 Ā to $152,900.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
